Star Wars Battlefront Doesn't Have a Server Browser on Console

DICE's new and upcoming shooter, Star Wars Battlefront, will not have a server browser feature for console players.

Instead, the game will utilize a "new skill based matchmaking system"

Community manager Matthew Everett shared this detail with us on Reddit.

Although his comment came in response to a server browser on console gaming, it is still unclear if we will have a server browser on PC.

Server browsers are a nice feature for Battlefield games, on both PC and console.

They allow players to jump into their own, desired, map, which can be a convenient thing.

In other Battlefront news, EA has announced that they won't have a dedicated chat system, and will be re-balancing Battlefront's Walker Assault Mode

Additionally, Star Wars Battlefront Beta happened to be the largest played beta in the history of EA and it will cost $110 to buy all of the game.

As a final note, Star Wars Battlefront also won't be supporting private matches at launch.
